What is the process for exchanging a product?

If you need to exchange a product, simply contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and reason for the exchange. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a prepaid shipping label. Make sure the item is in its original packaging and unused. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange and send out your new product. Please note that personalized or customized items may not be eligible for exchange.
