Can I return or exchange items?

Yes, Fashionplaytes.com accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) for a refund or exchange for a different size or color. The product must be in its original condition with tags attached and unused. To initiate a return or exchange, simply log into your account on our website and fill out the return form. Return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was incorrect or damaged. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process the refund or send out the exchanged item(s) within 5-7 business days.
