Our return policy at Fashionjewelryforeveryone.com ensures customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or was sent incorrectly. Refunds will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected. However, please note that personalized or custom-made jewelry cannot be returned unless there was an error on our part.
