Our return policy at Eyesave.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction and hassle-free returns. We offer a 30-day return period from the date of purchase, during which customers can return any unused and undamaged products for a full refund. To initiate a return, customers need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service team and include it with their return package. We do not cover shipping costs for returns unless the product received is defective or the wrong item. Additionally, all returned items must be in their original packaging with all accessories included. Once we receive the returned product, we process the refund within 3-5 business days.
