What is your return policy?

We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases from Evelyn & Arthur. If you are not completely happy with your item, we accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached. Please include the original receipt or proof of purchase, as it will help expedite the return process. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase. However, please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. If you have any further questions regarding our return policy, feel free to contact our customer service team, and we will be more than happy to assist you.
