Our return policy ensures a hassle-free experience for our valued customers. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from Etronics.com, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Please note that the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Certain products, such as software, DVDs, and consumables, are not eligible for return due to their nature. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team, who will guide you through the process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is the result of our error. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund or store credit promptly.
