What is the warranty policy for Etnies products?

Etnies stands by the quality of its products and offers a warranty policy to provide customers with peace of mind. Our warranty covers any manufacturing defects that may occur within 90 days of purchase. If you experience any issues with your Etnies product, please contact our customer service team with proof of purchase, a description of the defect, and photos if possible. Our team will assess the situation and determine whether the product qualifies for a warranty claim. If approved, we will either repair or replace the item, depending on the extent of the defect. However, the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damages resulting from accidents or improper care. We strive to ensure customer satisfaction and will do our best to resolve any issues promptly.
