Once an order is received, it immediately enters the picking and packing process, making it difficult to make any changes or cancel it. Therefore, we encourage customers to carefully review their items and quantities before confirming their purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you can take advantage of our hassle-free return policy. Simply follow the return instructions on our website, and we will gladly assist you in returning or exchanging your items.
