Our return policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction and provide a hassle-free shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Espritshop.com, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the item(s) for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return, simply contact our Customer Service team, who will guide you through the process. Please ensure that the item(s) are unworn, in their original condition, and with all tags attached. We accept returns for most items except for undergarments, swimwear, and personalized products. Shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item.
