We have a hassle-free return policy at Engravedgiftcollection.com. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt. Personalized or custom-engraved items, however, are non-returnable unless there is a defect or error on our part. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details, and they will guide you through the process. Please note that the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
