What is the shelf life of Empire Kosher products?

The shelf life of Empire Kosher products varies depending on the specific product. However, in general, our frozen poultry products have a shelf life of up to one year when stored at 0°F (-18°C). Fresh Kosher poultry, excluding ground turkey, is recommended to be used within 2-3 days of purchase when stored in the refrigerator at 32°F (0°C). Ground turkey should be used within 1-2 days. Our Kosher deli meats have a refrigerated shelf life of up to 30 days from the date of purchase if stored properly at refrigeration temperature of 38°F (3°C). It is important to always check the expiration date printed on the packaging for accurate information on each specific product's shelf life.
