Yes, you can cancel or edit your order after it has been placed, but only if it hasn't been processed and shipped yet. To cancel or make changes to your order, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number and specific instructions. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, if your order has already been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified. In such cases, you may need to wait for the package to arrive and then return it following our return policy guidelines for a refund or exchange. Please note that any customized or personalized items cannot be canceled or modified once the order has been placed.
