Our return policy at Elisailana.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. We recommend retaining your original invoice as proof of purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team who will guide you through the process. Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue the appropriate refund or exchange.
