At Electrozone.com, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Our return policy allows for hassle-free returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. We accept returns for a full refund, exchange, or store credit. However, certain items such as gift cards, digital downloads, and personalized products are non-returnable. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team who will guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will promptly process your refund or exchange.
