Yes, you can change or cancel your ticket with EasyBus. We understand that plans may change, so we offer flexibility to our customers. If you wish to make changes to your ticket, you can do so up to 24 hours before your scheduled departure time. Changes can be made online or by contacting our customer service team. Please note that changes are subject to availability, and any fare difference must be paid. In case you need to cancel your ticket, a refund can be requested up to 24 hours before departure, minus a small administration fee. Refunds are processed within a specified timeframe.
