EZ-Go offers a hassle-free return policy for all of their products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. To initiate a return, simply contact EZ-Go's customer service team or fill out their online return form. The product must be in its original condition with all accessories and packaging included. EZ-Go covers the return shipping costs for defective or damaged items. Once your return is received and inspected, EZ-Go will issue a refund to your original payment method.
