Is there a refund policy for E-Academy courses?

Yes, E-Academy has a comprehensive refund policy in place for its courses. If a student is not satisfied with their course, they are eligible for a full refund within the first seven days of enrollment. However, the refund request must be submitted in writing, providing valid reasons for the dissatisfaction. It is important to note that if a student has completed more than 25% of the course content, they will not be eligible for a refund. Additionally, any accompanying course materials provided by E-Academy must be returned in their original condition. Refunds are processed within 14 business days and are issued through the original payment method. E-Academy strives to ensure that students have a fair and transparent refund policy to facilitate their learning experience.
