The cancellation policy for events or courses organized by the American Academy of Optometry is as follows: If you need to cancel your registration, you must do so in writing no later than 30 calendar days prior to the event/course start date. A processing fee of 25% of the registration fee will be deducted from your refund. Cancellations received less than 30 calendar days before the event/course start date will not be eligible for a refund. However, you may transfer your registration to another individual with written notification at least 14 calendar days prior to the event/course start date. Please note that no refunds or transfers will be granted for cancellations received within 14 calendar days of the event/course start date. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
