Our cancellation policy at Done Right Moving & Storage is designed to provide flexibility and convenience to our valued customers. If you need to cancel or reschedule your move, we kindly request that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly and provide assistance to other customers. In the event of a cancellation within the 48-hour window, a cancellation fee may apply. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we strive to accommodate our customers to the best of our abilities. Our team is always available to discuss any issues or concerns you may have regarding cancellations or rescheduling. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we aim to provide exceptional service throughout the moving process.
