The cancellation policy for booked moves or storage services with San Diego Moving Storage is as follows: If you need to cancel your move or storage service reservation, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled date will result in a cancellation fee. This fee is necessary to cover any expenses incurred for reserving equipment and staff for your move or storage needs. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, so if you need to reschedule your service, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date and time.
