What is your return policy?

Our return policy at Designpublic.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. We offer a hassle-free return process for items that are eligible for return. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Simply contact our customer service team to request a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process the refund. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We aim to process refunds within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
