Our return policy at Delightfultoys.com aims to ensure customer satisfaction. Should you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please get in touch with our customer support team within 14 days of delivery to arrange a return or exchange. We kindly request that you provide necessary details, such as order number and description of the issue, to expedite the process. For non-damaged or non-faulty items, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unopened condition with all packaging intact. In such cases, a refund or store credit will be issued, excluding shipping costs. However, due to hygiene reasons, certain items are not eligible for return.
