Our return policy at Decoramericana.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. We do not accept returns on personalized or customized items unless there is a defect or error on our part. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund or process an exchange. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
