Our return policy at Dean & Deluca is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return process. Items purchased in-store or online can be returned within 30 days of purchase, accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. For online purchases, returns can be initiated by contacting our customer service team or through our online portal. Please note that perishable items, such as food and beverages, cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. Our goal is to make your shopping experience with us as seamless as possible, and we will gladly assist you with any returns or exchanges.
