Can I return a product if I'm not satisfied with it?

At DealDash.com, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with a product you purchased through our platform, you cannot return it for a refund. As a unique auction-based site, we operate differently from traditional retail stores. However, we do offer a satisfaction guarantee called "No Questions Asked Return Policy." If you're dissatisfied with an item, we will credit your DealDash account with the bids you used to win it, allowing you to participate in future auctions. Additionally, if an item received is not as described or arrives damaged, we encourage you to contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery. We are committed to providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns promptly.
