What is your return policy?

Our return policy at Cyclegear.com allows customers to return any unused, unopened, or defective items within 30 days of the purchase date. To initiate a return, customers should contact our customer service team or visit their local store. For online returns, customers can either ship the item back to us or return it in-store. If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if the return is not due to a defect or error, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees. Once the returned item is received, customers will either receive a refund to their original payment method or store credit, based on their preference.
