What is the return policy?

CycleAware has a flexible and hassle-free return policy to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. The returned item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all the original packaging intact. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team with your order details. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees, except in cases of damaged or defective items. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund promptly.
