Our return policy at Cufflinks.com ensures customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your cufflink purchase, you have the option to return or exchange the product within 30 days of receipt. The item must be in its original condition along with all accompanying packaging and tags. We kindly request that you include the original proof of purchase with your return. Please note that personalized or engraved cufflinks are ineligible for return unless there has been an error on our part. Returns can be initiated by contacting our customer service team, who will guide you through the process. Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment within a timely manner.
