Our return policy at Crownawards.com is customer-centric and designed to ensure your utmost satisfaction with our products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team, who will guide you through the process. Please note that personalized, custom-made, and clearance items are non-returnable unless there is a defect or error on our part. To qualify for a refund, returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Once we receive and process your return, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment, excluding any shipping fees. Please allow up to 14 business days for us to process your return and for the refund to reflect in your account.
