Our return policy at Croftandlittle.com is designed to ensure our customers' satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. We accept returns on most items, excluding customized or personalized products. The returned items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. We recommend using the original packaging to avoid damages during shipping. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team, who will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization number. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item received was defective or damaged. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund via the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
