Who is eligible to receive child support services?
Anyone who lives in San Diego County and has legal custody of a child, or someone who has applied for public assistance, such as CalWORKs or Medi-Cal, is eligible to receive child support services from the County of San Diego Department of Child Support Services. Additionally, parents who do not receive public assistance can also apply for child support services on their own.
