What is the return policy for costumes?

Our return policy for costumes is fair and hassle-free. We understand that sometimes costumes might not work out as expected or you may change your mind, so we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the costume must be unworn, in its original condition, and with all tags attached. We kindly request that you return the costume in its original packaging. Please note that due to hygiene concerns, we cannot accept returns on costumes that have been opened if they include undergarments, makeup, or wigs. In such cases, it is highly recommended to check size charts and product descriptions before purchasing. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team, and they will guide you through the process. Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund or provide store credit, based on your preference.
