Can I cancel or change an order after it has been placed?

Yes, customers have the option to cancel or make changes to their orders, but only if the order has not been processed for shipping. To cancel an order, users are required to contact Corsair's customer support team as soon as possible through phone or email. In case the order has not been shipped, the customer support representative will assist in canceling the order and issuing a refund. However, if the order has already been shipped, customers will not be able to cancel it. Changes to an order, such as address updates or adding/removing items, may be possible if the order has not yet been processed. Corsair's customer support team will provide guidance and support for any necessary changes.
