How do I renew my vehicle registration?

Asked a year ago
To renew your vehicle registration in Connecticut, you can do so online, by mail, or in person at participating DMV offices or AAA locations. You will need your current registration certificate, emission test certificate (if necessary), proof of insurance, and payment for the renewal fee. If renewing online, you will need your license plate number and a credit card for payment. Make sure to check the expiration date on your registration and renew before it expires to avoid late fees or penalties.
