Yes, you can return a DVD if you are not satisfied with your purchase. At Columbia House DVD, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you receive a DVD that does not meet your expectations, simply contact our customer service within 30 days of purchase. We will provide you with a return authorization and guide you through the return process. Please note that the DVD must be in its original condition and packaging to be eligible for return. Once we receive the returned DVD, we will issue a refund or provide a replacement, depending on your preference. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we want to make sure you enjoy every DVD you purchase from Columbia House DVD.
