What is your return policy?

Our return policy at ColonialCandle.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. Please note that the item must be unused and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. We kindly ask that you include the original receipt or proof of purchase with your return. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
