Our return policy at Coffeewiz.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. We do not accept returns on opened or used coffee products, but exceptions may be made for quality-related issues. For returns, a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from our customer service team. Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund within 5-7 business days. It's important to note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
