If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return unopened and unused items within 365 days from the date of purchase. Simply contact our customer service team to initiate the return process and receive a Return Authorization Number. Please note that opened ink and toner cartridges are not eligible for return unless they are defective. Upon receiving your returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method for the purchase price minus any applicable shipping charges.
