What are the cancellation policies?

Our cancellation policy at Clearwater RV Park is as follows: Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date, the full amount of the reservation will be charged. Reservations made for holidays and special events may have different cancellation policies and will be communicated at the time of booking. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, so we always recommend guests to contact our reservations team as soon as possible to discuss any changes or cancellations.
