Our return policy at Citywinecellar.com ensures customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery. We accept returns for unopened and undamaged items only. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund in the original form of payment, minus any applicable restocking fees if applicable. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the package to initiate a return or exchange. We strive to make the return process as seamless as possible for our valued customers.
