What is Citidecor's cancellation policy?
Citidecor understands that plans may change unexpectedly, which is why we have a flexible and customer-friendly cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your order, we kindly request that you inform us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or installation date. This allows us enough time to adjust our operations accordingly. In the event of a cancellation within the 24-hour window, a cancellation fee may apply.
