Our policy on refunds is designed to ensure customer satisfaction and provide convenience. If a customer is not fully satisfied with their purchase, we offer a hassle-free refund process. Items can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, the merchandise must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Refunds can be issued in the original form of payment or as a store credit. In case a product is defective or damaged, we will happily replace it or provide a refund. Personalized or custom-made items are typically non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
