Our return policy at Chicksaddlery.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return process. To return an item, simply contact our customer service within 30 days of receiving your order. We accept returns on unused items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please fill out our return form and return the item within 14 days of the return approval.
