What is your return policy?

Our return policy at Cellpig.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of the purchase date. The item should be in its original condition, unopened, and unused. We do not accept returns for items that have been damaged or used by the customer. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. They will provide you with further instructions and information on how to proceed. Once we receive the returned item and it meets our return policy criteria, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
