Our return policy at Cell2get.com allows customers to return their purchased items within 30 days from the date of delivery. We strive to provide a hassle-free return process and ensure customer satisfaction. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original sealed condition, unused, and with all the accessories and packaging intact. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. Once we receive the returned item, our team will assess its condition, and upon approval, a refund will be issued within 7-10 business days. Additionally, it is important to note that certain items, such as gift cards and software, are non-returnable.
