Our return policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase from Cedarstore.com, you may return the item within 30 days of the delivery date. However, please note that custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team who will guide you through the process. We do require that the merchandise is in its original condition and packaging. Once the return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please be aware that return shipping fees may apply, and in some cases, a restocking fee may also be deducted from the refund amount.
