At Castro Valley Cars, we have a flexible return policy in place to ensure customer satisfaction. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the vehicle must be in the same condition as when it was sold, without any alterations or damages. Ideally, the vehicle should not exceed 1,000 miles of usage during this period. Please note that any return request beyond the 30-day window will be subject to management approval, and a restocking fee may apply. We value your trust and aim to provide reliable vehicles, but should you require a return, our team is here to assist you promptly and efficiently.
