Our return policy at Castlewholesalers.com allows customers to return any unused and unopened items within 30 days of purchase. We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations or needs. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team with your order details and reason for return. Please note that returned items must be in their original packaging and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive the returned items and verify their condition, we will process a refund for the full purchase price (excluding any shipping fees). Please allow a reasonable time for the refund to be processed and reflected on your original payment method. Our aim is to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase, so please feel free to reach out to us with any concerns or questions regarding returns.
