Our return policy at Carousel Designs ensures your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you find yourself unsatisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return process. You may return any unused and unwashed items within 30 days of receiving your order. Simply contact our customer service team to initiate the return and they will guide you through the process. Please note that custom-made products are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect. Once we receive the returned items, we will issue a refund for the purchase price to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.
