What is your return policy?

Our return policy provides customers with a hassle-free experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for personalized or custom-made items unless there is a defect or error on our part. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team and provide them with your order details. We will guide you through the process and provide a return shipping label if necessary. Once we receive the returned item, we will promptly process your refund or exchange. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless it is due to our error.
